SW1 Home & Garden is an independently owned business based in Victoria, next to Westminster Cathedral.
We pride ourselves on providing a quality, reliable, personal service.
Owner & Team Leader David Broughton leads a small team whose clients include several prime properties and a handful of small local businesses in and around SW1 and across Central London.

Fees
For our Property Management & Maintenance Service - Price provided after initial free, no obligation consultation.
Handyman Service - £40.00 + VAT per hour, with a minimum 2 hour charge.
After the initial 2hr charge time is charged in half hourly increments. Parking charges where applicable are charged in addition to the hourly rate.
Garden Maintenance - Usually priced per job - but if its a small job can, subject to knowing what you need doing, can be priced at the same rates as our Handyman Service charge, as above, plus parking charges where applicable.

We never charge a fee to quote for a job.
Our services are completely scalable, and available on an ongoing basis, or as and when required.
There is no additional charge if you live in the congestion zone.
Rates do not include any additional materials that may be required in order to complete a job. If materials are needed and we don’t carry them with us, we will happily source them for you.
Any materials needed will be agreed with you in advance, and time taken to collect them will be kept to a minimum. If applicable, these costs will be added to your final invoice.
We are VAT registered and our VAT registration No. is 404033552
For your peace of mind, we are fully insured for public liability, up to an amount of £5 million.
A copy of our insurance policy can be provided on request.
