We pride ourselves on providing a personal service. SW1 Home & Garden is an independently owned business based in Victoria, next to Westminster Cathedral.
Owner & Team Leader David Broughton leads a small team whose clients include several prime properties and a handful of small local businesses in and around SW1 and across Central London.

Our services are available on an ongoing basis, or as and when required.
For larger projects (such as decorating) we can provide an all-in price to complete the job.
For services on an ad hoc basis - We have a minimum two hour charge on all jobs. Thereafter work is charged in 30 minute increments.
Rates exclude parking charges. There is no additional charge for the congestion zone.
Rates do not include any additional materials that may be required in order to complete a job. If materials are needed and we don’t carry them with us, we will happily source them at our normal hourly rate.
Any materials needed will be agreed with you in advance, and time taken to collect them will be kept to a minimum. If applicable, these costs will be added to your final invoice.
